Due to the current challenging times and in attempt to assist small businesses, our government is offering economic loan programs to small businesses through the Small Business Administration (SBA).
In case you have not had the opportunity to explore these available programs, below is a quick summary that we believe can be useful for your company:
- Paycheck Protection Programs (PPP) up to $10M forgivable loan if used to cover the first 8 weeks of payroll and qualified expenses
- Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) up to $2M to $5M to pay for your operating and working capital
- Economic Injury Grants ($10K) free

Note that these programs are setup to be administered by SBA approved lending institutions. You must work very closely with your SBA approved lender/banker to understand their required procedures for filing applications and the supporting documentation they require. Time is of the essence – bankers expect demand for these funds will greatly exceed supply.
